- GUARANTEE DEPOSIT 1 - 2 month/s  or  depends of the  contracts length and payment mode 

This guarantee deposit  is returned  by bank transfer / in cash , minus electricity and cleaning   AFTER  getting back the keys and checking the studio  and its contents .

RESERVATION ;  To  make a booking ; forward  350 e   this   is deducted of the rental   payment
